The future of Brazilian wingback Mancini is the first piece of business AS Roma chiefs are considering following the lifting of their transfer ban on Monday.

Mancini is wanted by Juventus and discussions have already been held with the player's representatives over a switch to the Serie A champs.

With Roma's transfer ban no more, Juve director general Luciano Moggi will push through a deal, which will see Fabrizio Miccoli move to the capital club in part-exchange.

The capture of Mancini is expected to see Juve end their interest in Benfica fullback Miguel and Lazio's Massimo Oddo.

The arrival of Miccoli at Roma, will be joined by a new, experienced goalkeeper. AC Milan's Christian Abbiati is a loan target, while Lazio veteran Angelo Peruzzi is also being discussed.

Roma coach Luciano Spalletti won't end his interest in strengthening his attack with Miccoli, he also wants Cagliari winger Mauro Esposito.
